This store is currently open for preorders only, meaning that orders will not be processed immediately. Please observe the roadmap below for delivery expectations.

Please note that these times are estimates only, and the schedule may potentially be delayed at multiple points in the production line.

📮 About postage

All orders are mailed out from Perth, Western Australia through Australia Post. Your order may be eligible for complimentary tracking per AusPost's internal policies.

Average delivery times:

• Australia (Domestic): 3-5 business days
• New Zealand: 7-14 business days
• International: 14- 60 business days

Please note that these times are estimates only. The seller has no control of delivery costs or times. The seller is not responsible for any additional postage costs during transit.

💌 Shipping options

All orders are sent as a tracked parcel by default. 

Optional cheaper shipping is available for PHOTOCARDS and STICKERS (vinyl, holo, sticker sheet) only. This option is un-tracked.

Please note that tax/VAT is not applied at check out. Please be prepared to pay for respective tax/VAT fees upon delivery if applicable.

🔄 Refund policy

This store is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages incurred through postal transit. Please voice any postal concerns to Australia Post.

Refund requests are eligible only if your order has NOT BEEN PROCESSED or if any items are delivered in a damaged state, with reasonable belief that it was not caused in transit (video unboxing evidence must be provided).
